Rules and Regs

All boaters MUST have boaters safety license to be able to operate in NYS!!!!

1. Member Dues $20 each angler as long as you are signed up at or before the second tournament. Must be a member to fish any tournament.
2. Only 25 teams will be accepted. Last years members will be accepted first. A team is a boater, (1) non-boater and (1) sub. Non-boater and sub can not change.
3. Teams must pay dues at or before second tournament. Any new members after second tournament are $100. In the event that 25 teams have not been filled by second tournament, anyone can join.
4. 7 hour regular season tournaments and 2 8 hour Classic days.
5. Waiver release forms this year to protect the club must be signed to become a member.
6. $25.00 entry fee per person each tournament (includes lunker). Must pay to fish. Payout is determined by # of anglers (Refer to Schedule) Please bring exact change.  Must sign in by 5:45 AM. Launch will be at 6 AM
7. Five fish bag limit per boat. No more than five fish may be brought to the weigh station. Has to be 12 inches or better, whatever the state size limit is. Anyone who brings a fish that is shorter than the state limit will endure a 1lb penalty. Lunker must be tagged Note: if lunker not tagged prior to bringing it up to the weight station it will not be accepted!!
8. No live bait. Pork frog is accepted. No trolling allowed
9. You must have a working live-well. Only 6 fish allowed in live-well at a time. Dead fish will be penalized 1/2lb per dead fish. Lunker must be alive. All fish are to be kept in live-well until time to weigh in. No stringers. Cannot cull dead fish
10. Do not crowd the weigh master.
11. Late to weigh in penalty: 3 minutes= 1LB, 10 minutes late = DQ unless you contact an officer prior to the end of tournament.
12. Must fish at least 4 Tournaments to be eligible for classic. 
13.  Classic is 8 hours per day and $50.00 per Person to be paid the first day of Classic, If you do not pay or fish the first day you cannot fish the second day.
14. Must arrive to the launch 15 minutes prior to the start of each tournament. If you have a valid excuse, please contact one of the club officers prior to scheduled start of tournament.
15. Problems must be addressed to club officers. Must be at least 2 to vote
16. Classic Points: All points will be cleared from the regular season. The most point combined from day 1 and day 2 will be the winner.
17. No drugs or alcohol allowed during tournament, automatic DQ from event if caught.
18. Day 1 of Classic will be at Owasco ( Emerson Park ) and Day 2 will be at Otisco Lake (DEC LAUNCH)
19. “Angler of the Year” will be determined by the most point of the season. Does not include Classic points.
20. Dead fish MUST be taken, cannot be placed back in the water!
